Hello, and welcome to Under the Hood. We are a Watchmen based RPG set several years before the events of the film/graphic novel. Feel free to claim a canon or create your own original character.
Chaos reigns the streets and rules with an iron fist, all while costumed vigilantes and villains roam across nation. That is all about to change however, and The Watchmen know that their days are numbered. It's the mid-seventies, and The Keene Act is being pushed through congress. With all the world seemingly turning against the vigilantes at a breakneck speed, what will happen? The days are becoming marked, and more violent as a result. Costume heroes and villains are choosing to go out with a bang, if they choose to go out at all. The Doomsday clock is set at six minutes until midnight, and tensions run higher every day. Will any of this matter with the impending nuclear war breathing down the necks of all the world?
